Texture

I decided to explore texture as one of the elements in order to give realism and character to my images. I particularly focused on texture in these photos by altering the lighting and slightly changing the camera position. If you look closely at each photograph you can see, the texture of the boxes surface, the tears in some of the creases, and the rigid texture of the floral fabric. By capturing the texture, I was able to create form or shape of the object, which helped strengthen the main idea of each image.
